A refundable security deposit is required only for our Grab & Go self-pickup rentals. It protects against equipment damage, missing equipment, or late returns. Provided equipment is returned on time and in the same condition it was delivered, the deposit is refunded promptly after inspection. Full Delivery packages do not require a deposit — we handle setup, breakdown, and pickup ourselves.

A $250 refundable security deposit is required for our Grab & Go self-pickup rentals. Delivery Lite and Full Field Day Experience packages do not require a deposit since we handle setup, breakdown, and pickup.
Your deposit is refunded promptly after inspection, as long as equipment is returned on time and in the same condition it was delivered.
The deposit covers damage, missing equipment, or late returns. If damages exceed the deposit, you'll be invoiced for the difference at cost.
You pick up the inflatable set(s) from our Ashland storage location, set up at your event, and return everything after. You'll get a setup guide and video tutorials. No onsite staff.
All packages are available weekends only.
We deliver, fully set up, and return after your event for breakdown and pickup. Available weekends only throughout MetroWest Massachusetts. Strict time windows.
